We have a fantastic seamstresses who can ensure your alterations are finished to perfection. A great seamstress is hard to find and in demand all year round!

We can add sleeves, remove sleeves, add straps, reduce trains, insert lace up backs, add extra detail, you name it, she can can do it!

Our clients are a priority and our service is exclusively offered to clients who have purchased bridal gowns, dresses and suits from the Diamond Occasion showroom.

We offer a showroom of over 80 bridal gowns available to purchase off the peg the same day, veils, bridal accessories, special occasion dresses and services for the whole Wedding party!

Suits are available for hire, the best quality Wedding Suits, Morning Wear and Lounge Suits as well as a comprehensive range of waistcoats, shirts, cravats and ties to complement any occasion.

During pre booked bridal appointments we will close our doors to the public for your exclusive Bridal Styling Appointment.

At available time slots we will be open for walk in enquiries however booking is recommended to avoid disappointment.

We usually recommend shopping at least 8-12 months ahead. Most wedding gowns can take around 4 months to arrive when ordered. Therefore, it is ideal to have that much time, as well as allowing extra for any alterations your gown may need.

If you are getting married in 2022 please do not leave it too late, orders placed throughout December will be expected for April 2022 delivery. NOW is the time to order your dream dress 

On occasions dresses may be available in stock for immediate delivery but size and colour availability will be limited

Some designers offer an express production service for an additional charge.

Our “love me, take me home” wedding dress collection is perfect if you are wanting to keep to a budget or if you have a wedding coming up very soon they can be purchased off the peg and taken home the same day!

Here you will find a great selection of our designers discontinued styles at amazing discounted prices from £195- £995. There is only one of each dress so if you see something you love, be quick, once they are gone, they are gone!

Please inquire if your wedding date is close so we can better assist you. We offer a free storage facility for advanced purchases up to 2 years in advance!

It is very important for our styling team to provide the best service, we generally find that too many people and opinions make the experience overwhelming and harder for you to choose a gown that YOU love and achieve your personal bridal vision.

We have seating for up to 3 people in the showroom and recommend that children do not attend appointments if possible.

Diamond Occasion offer wedding gowns in every price range from £295-£2,500, and we do our best to work with every bride’s budget with interest free payment plans offered.

Please consider alteration costs (not included in the gown price) accessories, shoes, veils and jewellery when budgeting for your special day.

It’s no secret that beauty comes in all shapes and sizes; whether you are a size 2 or 32, we have something for you. My priority as owner and professional stylist is creating a one of a kind experience for you, the one of a kind bride.

Our sample gowns, available for all brides to try on, mainly range in from Uk size 8-26. Bridal sizes typically run slightly smaller than standard sizes, so please keep this in mind. Most of our bridal gowns and special occasion dresses are available to order in sizes Uk 4-32+.

Alterations are offered at an additional charge.

Alterations vary depending on the style of gown, the fabric and detail, and the alterations needed. We feel that alterations are personal and an important aspect of the bridal gown experience. Quality is key. There is no such thing as ‘Free alterations’ in a bridal boutique, you will have paid a hidden alteration fee in the original price of the gown.

All dresses can be purchased either in person or over the phone or online. However, since all sales are final, we encourage you to visit our store to make your purchase. This will allow you to try on all the different styles of gowns to determine which is the most flattering style for you. You will also be able to utilize the expertise from our Bridal Consultants and get the full service that you deserve in preparing for your wedding day.

We recommend anything from 6-12 months in advance to ensure style and size availability for your wedding date. To confirm suit style choice full payment will be required.

Further fittings will be scheduled leading up to your special day incase of any changes.

We can however hire suits up to 24 hours before an event date depending on size, stock availability.

Unfortunately we do not hire dresses due to the cost of dry cleaning, alterations and potential damages to the gown the price we would need to charge could be more than what we actually sell some of our lovely gowns for!

Unfortunately not. 

We do offer basic alterations for our hired suits which include trouser hem and sleeve length.

Terms and Conditions and Returns Policy

Customers are asked to carefully read our terms and conditions below.

Customers and required to pay a NON- REFUNDABLE deposit on the date of ordering all bridal gowns and accessories.


No goods may be removed from the premises until full payment of the order has been fulfilled in cases where a cheque is paid goods will not be released until the cheque has been cleared by the bank.

Goods ordered that are not available from stock normally take 20 weeks for delivery, unless a specific time limit is stated in writing on this order. Gowns requiring extra length or special measures are subject to a surcharge, carried forward to the customer. This surcharge will be added to the cost of the goods above.


Customers should retain their sales contracts and any receipts as proof of purchase and sure to have read the TERMS AND CONDITIONS NOTICE and fully understand its requirements. DIAMOND OCCASION has such terms to protect its business regardless of your circumstances.

ALL ITEMS PURCHASED ARE NON-RETURNABLE/REFUNDABLE. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS CUSTOMERS WHO CANCEL THEIR CONTRACT ARE NOT ENTITLED TO A RUFUND OF ANY MONIES ALREADY PAID AND INCLUDING THE CANCELLATION DATE. Dress orders will still have to be paid for in FULL if the wedding is cancelled for whatever reason costs will still be incurred to the suppliers and to Diamond Occasion regardless of any circumstance.


For reasons of hygiene all accessories tiaras, hair slides, veils, jewellery, fascinators & hats which have been removed from the premises once paid for cannot be refunded or exchanged.
